Three floors of open-plan office cleaned overnight ahead of a Monday reopening.
A 1,400 sqm office over three floors needed a full reset between tenants without losing a working day. We ran two overnight shifts: carpets extracted floor by floor, all workstations and glass partitions cleaned, washrooms stripped and resealed, and the kitchenette degreased. The client's team returned on Monday to a space that had been signed off against a 60-point checklist.
