Karen Maisonette Handover
Newly built five-bedroom maisonette taken from builders' finish to move-in ready.
Handover was booked for the Friday and the site still had cement film on every tile, adhesive on the glass and construction dust through the ceiling voids. We staged the work — debris out, rough clean, fine dust extraction, then floor sealing and polish. The developer walked the snag list with our lead on the final afternoon and the family moved in on schedule.
